Hi Claudio,
Thank you for reaching out.
The custom payment gateways won’t come on the front end when the new WooCommerce Checkout block is enabled. This is a known issue and we are working on this.
This issue might approximately take 15-20 days. I shall let you know once there is some update.
Meanwhile, if possible, kindly remove the new checkout block for the smooth working of our plugin on your site.
Best regards,
Dhara Shah
Did you resolved the problem? We also do not see the details in the E-Mail…
Hi @veloheld,
Unfortunately, there has not been an update on this issue yet. It is a bit more complex than expected, so it is taking longer to fix.
Regarding the emails, I have checked, and the payment name and meta field details are included. Could you let me know what other information you require about the payment gateway in the email?
Additionally, could you please create a ticket here: [link]? We might need some site-specific information to resolve any bugs on your site.
Thank you,
Dhara
Our customers can choose a specific payment solution via dropdown. But this is not send to us via email and we can only see it in the woocommerce backend.
Hi @veloheld,
Could you check if the “Send Email to Admin” option is turned on on your site?
You can find it here: WooCommerce -> Settings -> Payments -> Send additional emails.
I’ve attached a screenshot to help: https://prnt.sc/QMSWGD0bgHDO
If this option is already enabled but you’re still not receiving the information in the admin email, I suggest creating a ticket on our ticketing system, as I mentioned in my previous email. We’ll need some specific information about your site.
Thanks,
Dhara
Hello @dhara61,
yes, this setting is on. But we only get the title in the woocommerce emails. Like this:
Payment method: Leasing
But not the information the customer chooses in the dropdown under “Leasing”
Hi @veloheld,
Can you please what is entered in the HTML templates -> Each field | Placeholders:?
Our default placeholder is %title%: %value% which will fetch both the title and value in the email.
Path to find this option: WooCommerce -> Settings -> Custom Payment Gateways -> Input Fields tab.
Also attaching screenshot for better reference: https://prnt.sc/V3rXK3ZSuY7n
Do let me know what is entered on your site.
Regards,
Dhara
Yes, it is the same like in your Screenshot. We use Yaymail for the Emails coming from Woocommerce.
