 * Hi, I thought I started this post but I don’t see it anywhere, so I apologize
   if this is a duplicate question. When choosing payment options, can you choose
   to disable WooPay?

 * No worries at all! Yes, WooPay can be disabled if you don’t want to offer it 
   as a payment option.
 * Before I suggest a solution, could you please clarify where exactly you would
   like to disable or hide WooPay?
 * For example, are you looking to:
    - Remove **WooPay from appearing on the Checkout page** for customers?
    - Or remove/disable the **WooPay option under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments**?
 * Once you clarify which behavior you’re looking for, I can guide you accordingly.
   
   Also, please share your **WooCommerce → Status → System Status Report** so we
   can check your current setup. You can copy the report to [Pastebin](https://pastebin.com/)
   and share the resulting link with us. When creating the Pastebin, please make
   sure to enable the **Burn After Read** option for privacy.

 * Thank you for sharing the more information.
 * Currently, I’m unable to view the System Status Report because the link is showing
   as expired.
 * However, if your goal is to remove WooPayments/WooPay from your site, please 
   try the following:
    1. First, check whether the WooPayments plugin is enabled by going to WordPress
       Dashboard → Plugins → Installed Plugins.
    2. If it is enabled and you want to completely remove WooPayments, you can deactivate
       the plugin.
    3. Then go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments and look for WooPayments. Click
       the three dots next to it and select Hide.
 * If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please share a screenshot showing exactly 
   where you’re seeing the WooPay option. You can use [Snipboard](https://snipboard.io/)
   to capture and share the screenshot.
 * Once we have the screenshot and more information about where WooPay is appearing,
   we can investigate this further and guide you accordingly.
