Payment Option not showing up, works for default paypal plugin

    Hello,
    I literally copied the api information from my paypal express plugin to the default paypal plugin and that one works. Is SOAP required for this plugin to work? I see in status that I do not have SoapClient enabled. Could that be why this does not show up. Thank you.
