 * I am thinking of purchasing WooCommerce for a site in development.
    I am looking
   for a pluging to accept payment but only when I approve the transaction. Do you
   know if WooCommerce offers this option?

 * The core WooCommerce plugin is free.
 * The core WooCommerce plugin’s PayPal gateway has two payment modes: immediate(
   this is the usual method) and authorise. With the authorise setting, the vendor
   will know that payment exists, and can take it at some later time of his choosing.
