    Hello!
I am trying to implement lightning paywall on one of my sites. Is it possible for this plugin to read the QR displayed on the PC with the mobile app and make the payment? I tried it myself but it did not work.
(The payment is completed but the paid article part is not displayed.)

    Hi,

that should work with no problems.
Which wallet did you connect in the plugin to receive the payments? If you use a lightning address, then this is not supported by all Lightning address providers.

    Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I was trying to connect a ZEBEDEE lightning address to receive payment. Is there a list of supported Lightning Address providers anywhere?

Sadly ZEBEDEE does not yet support his.
ZEBEDEE currently does allow checking if the user has actually paid. (This is proposed int he lnurl-verify spec.)
So far I think this only works with a getalby.com lightning address or if the user has a webln enabled wallet/browser. It does not work with the QR code because WordPress then can not check if the payment happened. (remember: the payment is directly between the visitor and the lightning address wallet)

I understand that ZEBEDEE is not yet supported.

As a test, I connected to the lightning address at getalby.com and read the QR code with the BlueWallet mobile app and PayWall worked. (It worked as well when I disabled the browser extension).

    Thank you for your help.

    great!
I am sure more and more lightning addresses will be supported as it makes it easy to connect and receive lightning payments in apps like the plugin here.
