# Payment method won´t work

 * I chose “Payment on delivery” but the program keeps telling me there are no payment
   options for my country. It worked once, but now it does not work anymore?
 * The error appeared after I tried to activate Klarna, which I deactivated again.
 * What can possibly go wrong here? I chose the most basic payment option and still
   it won´t let me use that?
 * Any suggestions to what I can do to fix this?
 * I have an updated version of WordPress

 * You can pay with checks, it works fine, but the program will not accept that 
   you pay on delivery..?

 * I tried to look at your site but looks like you’ve redirected . the cart/checkout
   page so you cannot view them. Could you send screenshots of your payment gateway
   settings? As well copy/paste your system status report here?
 * You can upload the screenshot to your site’s media library and share the link
   with us, or you can use a service like Snaggy ([https://snag.gy](https://snag.gy))
   Droplr ([https://droplr.com/](https://droplr.com/)) or CloudApp ([https://www.getcloudapp.com/](https://www.getcloudapp.com/))
   to share the image file.
