 * Fantastic plugin, and congrats on the great work you have done here. I would 
   love to see an additional feature to show the payment method on the receipt. 
   So it will show how the customer paid, credit card, paypal or COD.
    If it shows
   COD, then I know that I need to still collect the money on delivery.
