# Payment method doesn’t appear

 * Hi.
 * I’m trying to set up the TerraWallet Payment gateway, but can’t see it on the
   frontend in the list of available gateways.
    What things can influence this? 
   My user has $500 credit on his balance. Please help to figure out why I can’t
   see the TerraWallet Payment gateway on my checkout

 * Thanks.
    I’ve resolved the issue. The problem was with plugin “WooCommerce Group
   Buy” by [https://webkul.com/](https://webkul.com/) It adds those additional settings.
   And, while I’ve disable this plugin, the TerraWallet Payment gateway appeared
   in list.
