# Payment method change not possible

 * We have a lot of customers with failed Billie payments and it should be possible
   to change the payment method, at least.
 * I tested that: Choose Billie, submit order, get redirected to Billie payment 
   page. I click on “Back” button, see the checkout of the shop for a second with
   the error “payment failed, choose another method” and get immediately redirected
   to the same Billie page again.
 * It should stay on the checkout page and allow the customer to select a different
   payment method.
 * WordPress: 6.3.3
   WooCommerce: 8.5.1Mollie: 7.4.1

 * We have tested, but could not replicate the issue as you have described.
 * Could you please confirm what version of the plugin you have installed?
 * Could you please test with only WooCommerce and the Mollie Payments plugin installed(
   i.e. disable all other plugins except these two), and confirm if the issue persists?
