 * Hello Thank you for testing, and that the emails are working.
    For the moment
   my customer only want to use the pay per invoice i.e. bank transfer. When I place
   an order, at payment selection there is nowhere that allows a selection so the
   customer can see the payment method. It shows Payment Method Payment Method
 * There is nothing that shows the customer ‘pay per invoice’.

 * We already resolved this issue in our updated version (v3.1.5). Please update
   our plugin in your website then you see the issue resolved.
