    Thank you for writing to us.

    In this case when the users have submitted the form but the payment status shows as pending, the admin can send an email to all these users asking them pay via some particular payment processor. Note that mails to the users with pending payment status can be sent via automation tasks.

    When the users have paid, the admin can manually activate that particular user from the user manager.

    Another method to achieve this is by offline payments. The users will receive an email of how admin wants them to pay. The admin can then activate or deactivate user’s account and change payment status when required.
