    Hello, we had subscribe to Business account with monthly subscription, and our credit card was expired. We just updated with new Credit card in Billing section of Gtranslate portal and card is successfully added, but the payment is not yet deducted and it still shows that our subscription is expired. Can someone tell please if it takes time to deduct and process the card information?, I thought it should have process immediately and our subscription should start working soon. Thank you.

  • Issue has been resolved. It appears that by just updating the card info does not solve the issue, but you need to re-subscribe to the plan once it is expired. Got great help from GTranslate support.
