    I have used “WooCom SecurePay Payment Gateway By Hem Thapa ” Its works when I test in ‘test mode ‘ but when I use my original merchant Id and password Then in checkout a problem occurred ,’Payment can not be processed(Do not honour’

    please help me and inform why is this happen , I have follow the doc of installation .

    Hi @rinaunit ,

    “Do not honour” message is a standard response from the card issuing bank. It means the plugin is working correctly but the transaction is declined by the card issuer.

    Possible reason:
    – Insufficient funds
    – Suspended card
    – Card reported stolen
    – Suspected fraud
