    Hello,
    I’m setting up a webshop using WooCommerce and DIBS.
    It’s in testing mode and everything works great until you have to get the receipt.
    The page redirects to: /woocommerce/dibsaccept/ and I get a 404 error saying the page doesn’t exist. Because of this, the payment isn’t accepted.

    Can you please tell what the problem is and how to fix it?

    This would be greatly appreciated.

    After a little googling I think it might have something to do with pretty permalinks, but I don’t understand this or how to change it, so that payment will work.

    If someone could explain it to me like I’m 5 years old, I would be extremely happy 🙂

    If you think it’s the permalinks that causes the issue, then you can change it by following the guide on the screenshot (remember to save the changes after selecting “post name” :

    A reason could be if you haven’t enabled all returnvalues in the DIBS administration.
