    Hi @knitstudio,

    Greetings from WebToffee support.

To help us better understand the issue, please share:

    1. WooCommerce System status report (WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report).
    2. Screenshot of the order page.
    3. Stripe log of the affected order from your  Stripe dashboard (Stripe dashboard -> Developers -> Payments > Go to the affected order > Events & Logs).

    Hi, Is there any update?

    Hi @knitstudio,

We were not able to replicate the issue on our test sites.

The plugin uses the order_total function of WooCommerce. However, the order total received on Stripe is different from the amount on the order edit page.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins except the WooCommerce, and Stripe Payment Gateway plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles. If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.

On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.

There’s a more detailed description of how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode at https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/

    Hi @knitstudio,

As this thread has been inactive for a while, we are marking it as resolved. If you need any further assistance please create a new topic mentioning the information about the conflicting plugin.
