I am investigating the site’s System Status Report (SSR) and, from its active plugin list (directly linked and translated in English here), I can see that WooCommerce Stripe is still among them.
Nevertheless, from what I gather, the issue does not appear to be related with WooCommerce. Rather with the Comoju Payments: Submitted by: KOMOJU – 2.7.1 plugin. I was able to find their support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/komoju-japanese-payments/
