# Payment gateways not working

 * Hi!
    My site has been updated to WP 4.5.2 and the gateways are not working properly.
   They say Internal server Error when your proceed to checkout. We have woocommerce
   wit paypal and credit card option. Does anybody know what’s happening? Thanks
   in advance

 * Do you have force ssl enabled in checkout settings? Turn it off – maybe your 
   server is not setup for https.

 * Hi, thanks for the response. SSL are not activated. We expect it could be a conflict
   between Theme and Plugin, but not sure. Any other suggestion?

 * Thanks, but our issue it’s not white screen, it’s exactly this one I’ve seen 
   in github

   But I don’t understand properly the solution proposed by [@goblindegook](https://wordpress.org/support/users/goblindegook/).
   Where do I have to put that snippet? I think you suggest that is not proper to
   add the snippet. Thnaks in advance

 * View your server PHP error logs then – either way WP_DEBUG can provide more detail.

 * I enabled DEBUG and this is the message
    SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected 
   character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

 * Solved, it was the plugin Pricing Deals for woocommerce, we haven’t registered
   yet the product and it was giving trouble.
