yes and no 😉 You can add the WooCommerce checkout into the BuddyPress profile and also add any payment gateway to the WooCommerce checkout.
But you still need a Product. You need to create a Product for your membership levels and use some sort of membership plugin. There are many out there. Many are great up to your needs.
You can add any page to the profile shop tab s sub tab. If you add a shortcode of a WooCommerce product to a page and integrate the page into the shop. You can also select this page as default so its the first page visible if people visit there profile shop.
