 * does anyone know what to put in the payment gateway referer, i have had to leave
   it blank and i don’t want to. i am with clickbank and i have put clickbank.com
   in there and it won’t allow to download content. what am i supposed to put in
   there so no one gets it for free if they find the thankyou page?
