• I recently installed a unique plugin for Broadpay Sparco under the Woocommerce platform with an Event Ticket Plus and the plugin does not show up on the checkout page. The plugin works find on the ordinary Woocommerce shopping cart checkout page and works just fine on all other sites I have created.

    Please help.

    Finally managed to get it to reflect on the checkout page. However, when I check out with the Sparco Payment gateway, it bypasses the options for inserting card details or phone number and goes straight to order confirmation.

    When I contacted the Payment Gateway people, this is what they said.

    “I have tested, the issue seems to be with your check out flow. When you click on pay, it takes order received page instead of Broadpay checkout page. I have no specific answer as it is not a plugin issue. Maybe use a theme that has a different flow on checkout”

    Does anyone have an idea how we can execute what he means?

    You could try deactivating all other plugins. Also use a standard theme for testing. If it doesn’t work in this constellation either, you can try activating the debug mode – the payment plugin may have one itself, otherwise the one from WordPress: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

    If none of this works, you can also contact Sparco support. After all, it is their system that should provide the missing queries if I understand correctly.
