    Hi there, I’m new and made a website a few weeks ago and have been using PayPal as my payment gateway. I just opened up a shop on my website and downloaded the woocommerce plug in to add a way for my members to buy my photo sets and prints without being on a subscription. Before I added that plug in, I tried to get people to be able to use their direct credit and debit cards when trying to get on my monthly subscription and the message that pops up says “this transaction cannot be processed. The merchants account is not able to process transaction.” I have already went to my payment gateway and switched the PayPal express method to be able to allow people to also pay without a PayPal account. So now we’re here today and although I downloaded woocommerce and opened a shop, a customer was able to check out on my website without it prompting them to pay anything! There’s a order under my orders, and yet, there isn’t any money because he didn’t put any payment method in. Where do I see anything regarding why someone wasn’t charged but it allowed them to check out? Luckily there was no product listed so it’s not like they got anything yet. It will be posted and Dow low levels once I get this figured out. My main whole issue is not being able to clearly see payments after already putting my bank information in with Braintree who also confirmed with me that I can now accept ALL payments. But still, no one can sign up every month without PayPal, and also they’re able to checkout without being prompted to insert their payment method. Help please?
