    on my website. my members are able to log in however for the premium option when the try activating it. it works fine but says “pending” when the click complete payment it does not direct them to the payment gateway and the invoice does not get sent to the members’ emails under the premium package

    Can you inform me which payment gateway are you using? And which settings are you using for that payment gateway?
