payment form fields

    Hello, I am trying to build an interface similar to what you have on your CURE page. However, I dont see a way to add the credit card form fields to the donation page. I have added my Authorize.net API keys and the ADN payment option does not appear, just paypal. Please advise what I am doing wrong.
