hi royho i have contacted stripe they said its WooCommerce issue as its not sending request to make charge.

Initially from your explanation, I thought you meant the card used failed. Hence I ask you to speak with Stripe as we don’t handle that here. But now it seems they’re saying it never reached them.
In that case it’s quite normal. Sometimes servers have hiccups and payment does not process. If this happens every time, then there could be an issue but it seems from your description only on occasion?
What you can try is put it in test mode, and test your payments to see if they go through. This will tell you if the integration is correct.
sorry about the late reply stripe could confirm 2 failed payments because of card issues but not the one with order #32056. and i had 2 more order they could not confirm.
so i just enabled test mode and payment went through however last night i tested payment failed straight away i click on order button again then it when through
i do get card payment but not so often it seems payment failed at first attempted. luckily i have paypal enabled thats why i see more paypal payments. not really sure what is but i think there is some issues.
