• Hello again! Thank you for the last plug-in update! Have a bit of a new issue where the admin notification is not including the transaction details via the merge tags. The merge tags are present in the notification as.

    {transaction_id}

    {payment_amount}

    {authcode}

    However the received email notification for this emerge tags do not display/blank. All other GF merge tags do display in the received email.

    Any thoughts?

    G’day sccwjd,

    I’ve run a couple of tests and the merge tags seem to be working OK.

    Are you sure that there was a successful transaction? You will get that when the transaction failed or was cancelled. To only receive a notification on successful transactions, change the Event to Payment Completed on the notification. You can have a separate notification for failed transactions.

    Thanks for the reply. Yes, transaction ID, authcode and status shows as paid in the meta data with the users GF entry submission details.

    I have the following set on Windcave feed…

    Post Payment Actions: Checked – Create post only when payment is received.
    Delayed Execute: Execute if transaction was successful, or if there was no transaction.

    Lastly, I am not sure what you mean by “change the Event to Payment Completed on the notification.” I am not sure I see that on the notification settings as an option.

    When you add or edit a Notification, you can choose what event to send the notification on. The default event is “Form is submitted”, but for transactions you should choose “Payment Completed” for successful transactions, “Payment Failed” for unsuccessful transactions.
