    We have set up Securepay on a site that has had it installed before but not in a WP website. The new website (WP/Woo) uses your plugin but we keep getting error messages and no live sales can be processed. We had it working fine in the test gateway but as soon as we tried the live version, it won’t work.

    Any ideas?

    We are using the same credentials as on the last website.

    @goviral ‘Suspected fraud’ error is self-explanatory. It means the SecurePay system flagged the transaction as a suspected fraudulent transaction and declined it.
    There are multiple parameters why the system flags the transaction. You can view the exact reason by logging into the SecurePay system and inspecting the specific declined transaction.
