    Dear MyCryptoCheckout Team,

We do have a paid subscription and already opened a ticket about the issue we are facing some days ago.

Since we haven’t heard back yet, I’ll post it here as well.

We’ve been using your plugin for quite a while now. Though, since we redesigned the whole page based on Elementor, it doesn’t work quite as expected anymore.

The way it worked before and which is as designed I assume: Customer would place order, gets redirected to the thank-you page and is being represented there with the payment box. As it is shown here:
    https://gyazo.com/1ae8edf0bb58922b733a5004471ea1f3

The problem with Elementor now is that, the customer is being redirected to the thank-you page upon clicking “place order”, but the payment box is missing altogether.
Now, we would love to have it as follows:

    – Customer clicks “place order” on the Woo Checkout
    – a popup/iframe or some wort of that appears (still on the checkout page) with the payment box
    – Customer can pay as usual and once it completes (recognized by the MCC server) the order autocompletes and the customer gets redirected to the thank-you page.

Is that somehow possible to do?

If that can’t be achieved, would it alternatively be possible to redirect the customer from the checkout to a separate page with the payment box and once it completes redirect to the thank-you page?

Would be really great if you could help us out with that.
    Thanks in advance

The fault here was that the user had used a completely custom checkout page that prevented MCC from showing its info.
