Payment already submitted and processed

    I am getting an error when submitting the Membership Form and trying to process the payment.
    We are using latest WordPress, Gravity Forms and the Gravity Forms DPS PxPay Plugin.
    The Products (Full Member – $100 and Associate Member – $5) on the form are setup as radio button options.
    When the Form is submitted, the “Payment already submitted and processed ” message is displayed and nothing is processed.
    I have tested the credentials and made a test transaction with WindCave Support and it works fine at their end.

    We also use the Succuri Firewall CDN if that is relevant?
