False review. We always reply all support tickets in pro forum within 12-24 hours.
That’s just not true. There was no reply to my support request; even now if I looked at the 7 messages I posted over three days there isn’t a single reply. I gave up posting on the Forum and sent an email directly to you on the fourth day – and still didn’t get a reply. I then requested a refund via Paypal on the 5th day. Only at that point did you get back to me. Prior to that I didn’t even get a courtesy reply like, ‘I’ll get back to you as soon as I can’ which would have been good manners. When I was considering escalating the refund request with Paypal I took screen shots of my forum posts; as I suspected the evidence might be removed from the forum. However, I withdrew my refund request because I can’t be bothered polluting my mind with this kind of rubbish; it just wastes my time and is an irritation. I’ve removed your plugin and won’t be recommending it.
I see you are using wpdm pro more then 1 year already and recently renewed support forum access. I checked all of your posts again, You had 3 support requests in last 1 year, every support request replied with 24 hours, but the last request which you made few days ago, you posted it in wrong place, so why the delays happened, you had to create your own post like you did earlier to regular response.
