Pay Someone to Upgrade

I am willing to pay someone $75+ for aid in putting my archive links on a separate page and upgrading my blog to WP 1.5+ from version 1.2. I’d like Write Page-admin functionality and other cool things that 1.5 can do now. I would try to do it myself but time is short with a new baby.
