Pay now still not showing on the desktop

    For some reason the “Pay now” is not showing on the desktop. I’ve tried chrome, firefox and safari (no touch id so no apple pay). The android with chrome offers pay now as well iphone with touch ID offers Apple pay. What am I missing?

    – WordPress default theme no effect
    – No errors in the developer console

    Hi @sirrahikkala

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Howdy 🙂

    The system status report is missing the site URL so we don’t even know where to go to look.

    That said, I’m wondering if perhaps your instance of Chrome does not have any payment methods saved/enabled. You can check that via chrome://settings/payments – a real quick check to see if that is the problem would be to visit a site where we know that the payment button is displayed with Chrome https://wctesting.club/product/beanie/ – Are you able to see the payment button on that page? If not then this is a browser problem but if so then can you please provide a URL on your site where you would expect the button to appear but it is not?

    Hey, I prefer not to publish the client URL in this case, but I can provide it in the email or some other private message. The test site did not show payment option either but the browser has the payment options enabled. It even suggests autocomplete in some cases based on those settings.

    I dont know about that. I tried with windows chrome and with mac chrome, my customer tried with mac chrome. Nothing changes.

    I can see that it loads js.stripe.com but no errors on the demo site with developer tools.

    Finland is listed there which where the site and testing is done. Also I tried VPN to Germany as well US if that was the issue. Could you confirm that you see the button here: https://www.nutrolin.com/product/nutrolin-cat-senior/

    Just a suggestion. If you are trying to get companies and individuals support their plugins, not everyone can post the URL’s, so there should be some sort of private message or similar function.
