# Pay Later Issue

 * We always have customers complaining about the pay later option, when they go
   through the Paypal thing, they don’t receive any email, notification, or anything,
   they don’t get redirected to the thank you page as well. all they see is a pending
   transaction on their bank account, and then they contact us to ask about their
   order.
 * Please advise.

 * What does the user see instead when not seeing the order confirmation page?
    
   Can you reproduce this behavior? The WooCommerce order is usually only created
   after the checkout has been successfully validated, as otherwise, no capture 
   call will be made. So when there is no order on WooCommerce, there should also
   not be any payment captured by PayPal.

 * I’m sorry but we can’t replicate the issue, what we know is most of the time 
   when people use pay later for Paypal this is what they experience.
 * After going through the process of Paypal credit nothing happen, they just go
   back to the website and don’t see a thank you page, they see that Paypal already
   charged their bank account/credit card the first charge, and we don’t have any
   order processing for them either.
 * We have currently disabled the option since so many issues happening, otherwise,
   it will be greatly appreciated to look into it cause the pay in 4 helps finances
   some of the orders.

 * Hello,
 * it seems you need to have the order reviewed by PayPal and ask them what is happening
   to it. As we don’t have the access to review any order, we can only advise you
   to reach out to [PayPal Merchant Technical Support](https://www.paypal-techsupport.com/app/ask)
   in order to do this. Please provide them with the PayPal & DEBUG ID for them 
   to take a look.
