  • I just bought the plugin and the theme 2 days ago.

    After dealing with the plugin and theme I realized that this is not the way to go and it’s not wath I was expecting I requested for a refund which they denied.

    The plugin itself looks quit interesting and ok for people who are looking for a solution like that. But not for me.

    PAY ATTENTION of their refund policy.
    They are not dealing like the major serious software sellers which normaly give you a refund possibility within 5 to 30 days.

    They just block everthing and just want to keep the money for nothing.

    After my mailing with them I am very happy not beeing a customer of them.
    If I had a really problem with the plugin they will probaly let you hang and always tells the same phrases.

    They should probably better spend more time on customer relationship management than on writing repeating phrases with no content.

    When you have a good plugin and you and your customers are concincet of it, why they don’t make refunds more customer friendly? What do they have to hide?

    Probably you will see what I mean as soon as they will react on this rewiew.
