[Patch included] Importing nav_menu items fails

The wordpress-importer plugin does not insert the term_relationships record when importing navigation menus. The lack of the term_relationships record causes the data to be imported but the menu items to not be associated with the navigation menu.

I’ve created a patch file and inserted it into the following ticket:
