Patch for "Notice: Undefined index: language"

    Hi,

    This patch fixes the consequences but not the cause of the problem.
    It comes from the fact that other plugins are requesting locale or post texts before mqTranslate is correctly initialized.

    However, in a multi-plugin environment, I have no other solution at the time.
    I will implement something similar for the next release.
