 * Page builder is optional, you can deactivate it.

 * A) Deactivating Page Builder doesn’t fix the issue.
    B) No, I really can’t just“
deactivate it.” All of the site content is in Page Builder containers.
 * Page Builder is a fantastic plugin and also not the problem.

 * Does activating parent theme solves the issue?
 * it is difficult to diagnose the issue from the front end, Try deactivating your
   cashing plugin.
 * if that does not solve the issue, try deactivating all the plugin and start activating
   one by one.

 * – Activating the parent theme works; however, that defeats the purpose of using
   a child theme.
    – Disabling the cache does not solve the issue. – Disabling all
plugins does not solve the issue. – Removing all child theme CSS does not solve
the issue. – Running an empty child theme (i.e. no customization, just the template
tags with an empty functions and stylesheet) does not solve the issue.

 * Ok, zip the child theme, upload it somewhere, let me have a look into it.
