Paste full URL to image plugin?

Do they have a wp-plugin for Paste full URL to image—no HTML? something like on facebook wall, when you post a link (url) and it render show image or embed a vdo.

For example, If I find an image on the internet. I want to post just this image on my blog. Normally, you’ll copy image location link and then insert img src html code on admin page. Is there a plugin that you can just paste a full url and when you hit post, it’ll render to image. So you don’t have to write img src html code every times. you know what I mean~ srry english is not my first language.
