# Past upgrade failed

 * When I updated your plugin today, the plugin automatically got deactivated and
   I got this error message:
 * The plugin security-headers/security_headers.php has been deactivated due to 
   an error: Plugin file does not exist.
 * Here’s the website [https://www.triresources.com](https://www.triresources.com)
 * Can you tell me how to resolve this?

 * Maryl, you can try to upgrade to the latest version. I think this will solve 
   the issue.
