passwords and changing theme banner

    After nearly 6 months of not using this site I am totall pissed off with what I was informed a simple task.
    Pass word confusion. The site was set up by a web design person but I received little information on how to use it. My site was hacked in July/August I have not attempted to use the blog since that time. I want to use the site now
    But having enormous problems with log ins which I have re set password for thespeechgym.com/blog today with Just host . Now I am trying to work on the blog and I cannot get in. Your forum is no help to me thanks anyway for the link. I want to remove my current theme and add a WordPress theme. 3 excellent themes popped up but disappeared as quickly as they came.where do I find them? I am using 2 wordpress manuals which are just a tad useless. Sams teach yourself word press 3 updated 2011 and a visual quick start guide WordPress by J & M BECK I think this ref is a tad is a old.
    Why do these simple changes have to be so difficult to use? the link suzette@thespeechgymcom/blog
