Do you mean that the password reset URL gives an invalid key error when using it?
Are you using the default WordPress password change form, or a front-end form provided by another plugin?

the link should allow you to create a password and not reset it, but it doesn’t work.
I’m using the “Login Custom Admin” plugin

Can you try it without the Login Custom Admin plugin to see if this is causing a conflict?

I may need more information to troubleshoot this.
When you say it doesn’t work, can you be more specific?
Can you send screenshots of it ‘not working’ along with your notification?

when I receive the email and click on the link for the password, it sends me to the page with the error “the link for resetting the page does not appear valid” (see photo of the first post I wrote).
