# Password Resetting

 * Hello, when my users/customers request for a password reset, the reset link is
   sent to the spam folder, how can I make it appear in the inbox folder.

 * This typically happens because the server sending out your messages is not the
   same address as your website. This can often happen in shared hosting environments.
   A good solution is to use a dedicated SMTP provider.
