Password resets going to wrong email

Hi I have designed many wordpress sites for my clients but this one particular one, when they reset their passwords, notification comes to my email address despite the fact that their email address is in the settings. They are the authors of the posts and I cant see where my email address is even mentioned on their site.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙂
