Password reset with only e-mail given?

    Hello!

    Is it possible to make password reset a 2 stage process? So the user in the reset page should only give his e-mail address and then he would recive an e-mail with a unique link to reset pw and if clicked on it he would receive the new pw.
    Like here in wordpress.org.

    Or can it be done somehow involving an other plugin? Only asking this because I already use WP Email Login (http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-email-login/) so the users can login with e-mail too.

    My quite big problem now is that if they forgot their username AND password they need to contact me and I have to send it manually.
