Password Reset Problem

    When a user uses the password reset option the reset email is sent and received fine. When they click the reset link in the email they are successfully returned to the website but the form just says please enter the email again and loops?

    NGINX – 1.14.0
    WP – 5.1.1
    PHP – 7.2.15
    UM – 2.0.43
    Woo – 3.6.1

    Hi @pmaxcslt,

    Do you have a caching plugin or server side caching?
    Please try to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if it helps.
    You can also do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or other plugins. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
