# Password Reset Link does not work

 * Originally I thought my issue would be resolved by the update that came this 
   morning, but unfortunately it is not. The Password Reset Process does not work
   since the second latest update.
 * I have a test user and initiated the Password Reset Process for the user (using“
   Forgot Password” link). So the user will go to this page: [https://pferdekunde-online.de/reset-password/](https://pferdekunde-online.de/reset-password/)
 * You can add the Username or the E-Mail Address and the customized E-Mail will
   be sent:
 * [https://snipboard.io/RcbmK6.jpg](https://snipboard.io/RcbmK6.jpg)
 * When the user clicks on the URL (or copy & pastes it into his browser), the key
   in the URL will just vanish and the user will see the original Reset Password-
   Screen instead of being told to enter a new password.
 * Profile Builder Version 3.11.1
   I have a custom E-Mail set up (which works fine,
   as can be seen in the screenshot above) and Private Website is turned off.
 * So it looks like the Website does not accept the key. What am I doing wrong here?

 * Could you please send the PB settings? Please install the “Import and Export 
   Settings Addon” from Profile Builder –> Add-ons. Then export your Profile Builder
   settings and send the file.

 * I HAVE FOUND IT! 😀
 * Doing some settings on another Website in Yoast, I finally found the problem.
   In the Yoast-Settings “Advanced” you can set “redirect unknown parameters” to
   true. Obiously that removes the ?key… part in die URL.
 * After I have turned that off, it works like a charm! 😀
 * You can also add exceptions. If you turn it on and add the “key” and “login” 
   parameters, it will also work 😀
 * Maybe there should be a support info for that as I guess lots of people use Yoast
   together with Profil Builder 😉
