Password reset link appears to be invalid

    Hi,

    I have an issue with the reset your password link. When following the link I get the following error – Your password reset link appears to be invalid.

    I have tried with a number of accounts and the error only occurs when the username has a break in it ie John Smith. This results in there being a gap in the reset URL which I think is the cause of the problem.
