    Hi, when a customer tries to reset his WooCommerce password, the system sends the email with the reset link. But when he clicks the link to reset the password he is taken back to the website where it shows this error:
    “This key is invalid or has already been used. Please reset your password again if needed.”
    I read many forums on this issue and we are not use WP Frontend, the issue is not in the email address and “&amp”, see the url:
    https://paintsuppliesdirect.ca/my-account/lost-password?show-reset-form=true&action
    And we exclude my-account page from caching.
    The theme we use is Complex by LionTHemes. HEre is the link to the website https://paintsuppliesdirect.ca

    This usually happens when the my-account page is being cached. With that said, please ask your host to exclude your my-account page from being cached, then please check again and let us know if you still have the same issue.

    Hi Rynald0s,

    we had our hosting server remove my-account page from caching, but the problem persists.
    What else can we do?

    Resolved. The issue was caused by
    No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA for WooCommerce plugin by MailOptin. Once we disabled it, the error message is gone.
    We replaced it with Login No Captcha reCAPTCHA (Google) by Robert Peake and all works fine.
