# Password reset every time

 * Every time I try to login, it keeps saying there’s a password leak and asking
   me to reset the password. Even though I keep resetting the password, it still
   gives the same error! Please help–I can’ access anything on my website as it 
   keeps returning me to this page.

 * CleanTalk doesn’t checks your password, is it correct or not. Only wordpress 
   core can provide this answer. Our plugin only hooks the response of your wordpress
   site and if wordpress considered the entered password incorrect, only then the
   plugin will count this attempt.
 * If you still can’t log in to the admin panel and you believe the CleanTalk plugin
   is the cause, please follow these steps:
    1. Rename the plugin folder ../wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall (files
       can be accessed, for example, through the hosting panel).
    2. Log in.
    3. Rename the folder back.
    4. Activate the plugin.

 * Ticket submitted–it only happens when the plugin is active and doing per the

 * [https://github.com/CleanTalk/security-malware-firewall/releases/download/fix-version/security-malware-firewall.zip](https://github.com/CleanTalk/security-malware-firewall/releases/download/fix-version/security-malware-firewall.zip)
    - Go to the WordPress Administrator Panel -> Plugins.
    - Find the plugin ‘Security by CleanTalk’ -> Deactivate.
    - After the automatic page refresh, find the plugin again ‘Security by CleanTalk’-
      > Delete. Confirm files deletion.
    - Download the plugin archive from the link.
    - Go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin.
    - Choose the downloaded archive and press ‘Install Now’.
    - Once you have installed the plugin, activate it and check that the access 
      key matches the one on your CleanTalk dashboard.
