Password Reset Emails for User and Admin Not Working

    Hey,

    I’ve contacted Better Notifications for WordPress previously about “Password Changed – For Admin” and “User Lost Password – For Admin” not working when trying to disable them completely.

    Now the email “User Lost Password – For User” isn’t working either, assuming this is the correct notification for users trying to reset their password. It still shows the default WordPress template.

    Can you help? Thanks

    Are you using the latest version of BNFW? The latest update should have fixed these issues.

    Yeah I’m currently using Version 1.7.3, I’m also using the Postmark plugin for emails.

    Hi @lewisglasgow,
    Ok, so do the two notifications that previously didn’t work now work for you?
    If so, do you know if it’s just the “User Lost Password – For User” notification that now isn’t working for you?
