# Password Reset Emails

 * We have a couple of issues where users aren’t receiving account activation or
   password reset emails. Any ideas on how to fix this?

 * Try to use a secure SMTP connection for your email issues.
    Lost emails and issues
   with Gmail is common when using a not trusted web hosting email server.
